Find calm with our soothing & restorative surf yoga classes.
Surf Yoga classes are for surfers and non-surfers. The class focusses on the hips, the lower back, the whole spine, the neck and the shoulders. Stretching, releasing tension and moving the fascia. Great for pre and post surf!

Welcome to our Traditional Thai Massage
Enjoy a traditional Thai massage to totally relax and rejuvenate.
A gentle ancient practice to help the body recover from stress and tension. An excellent way to recover and create space and flexibility in body and soul.
An all over body massage that is done on a traditional floor mattress with the clothes on. Recommended cloths are loose fitting and comfortable, tracksuit, joggers, leggings anything that allows you freedom of movement.
Massage is 70 minutes for €60.
