Massages take place in the massage studio above the Drop Surf Center. Massage is best booked the day before. Same day bookings are possible depending on availability. Massage is available to book between 10h00 and 17h00 and anytime in between. All our massages are 1 hour.
It's best not to eat 1-2 hours before a massage so that you are as comfortable as possible during the massage. Some of our massages are with clothes off using oils and others are with clothes on, you can see this in the descriptions below.

Thai Massage
We practice traditional Thai Massage which is done on a floor mattress with the clothes on. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in like tracksuit or leggings. Also called lazy yoga this massage stretches muscles and joints, clears the meridians, moves the fascia, detoxifies and is deeply relaxing. We recommend drinking lots of water after this massage to flush the toxins.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is done on a massage table with the clothes off using oils. The massage is performed by a Physiotherapist so you are able to discuss and special focus areas with the therapist.  We recommend to wear a bikini or shorts for the massage and to rest after.

Deep Tissue Massage
Also on a massage table with the clothes off using oils. The therapist applies slow, forceful strokes. These help release knots and strains in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. The overall aim is to realign the muscles and release chronic muscle tension from ailments or injuries.

Classical Relaxing massage
On a massage table with the clothes off using oils. The therapist uses mostly manual influence on the skin, the deeper tissue and the musculature. The classical massage is mainly used for prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, but can also be used as wellness treatment.

Indian Head Massage
A seated massage fully clothed focussing on the back, shoulders, neck and head. This massage promotes hair growth, relieves headaches, boosts memory, reduces stress and tension and assists lymphatic drainage.

Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person's muscles and joints.
Energetic healing - a non touch treatment.
A therapy in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction and believed to stimulate the flow of energy.
